Beginner/General Yoga Class Friday
A gentle and perfect balance of stretching, stengthening and nurturing

This class will provide a gentle paced range of asanas (posture, balances) for the whole of the changing body, while using your breath, enabling muscles to stretch, strengthen and release with or without props. This also includes the benefits of counter asanas for opposing muscles sets, wile developing awareness of correct alignment of the body while slowly moving in and out of asanas, helping you to feel strong and balanced. This class includes pranayama techniques (breathing regulation/energy control) to steady the mind, followed by dhyana (relaxation and meditative techniques) designed to switch off the stress response and turn on the relaxation of the mind, body and spirit. Feel free to access your sankalpa (intention) for self love or focus on a pointed resolve for a specific goal during and after class.
Kindly let Moira know if you are unable to make a booked class and she will offer a swap without having to re-book. If that swap is not suitable, that class is lost. Special circumstances always considered by Moira.
