This class will provide a stonger range of held asanas (postures and balances). Including vinyasa/surya namaskar (salute to the sun) for the whole body. Learn to use pranayama techniques (breath regulation/energy control) while moving in and out of the postures, ensuring dharana (mental steadiness of the mind) and increase energy levels. This then ensures preparation for dhyana (meditation techniques) which is designed to switch off the stress response and turn on the relaxation response.
